New Training Course Teaches Fundamentals of Open Source IT

The Linux Foundation is offering a new online training course called Fundamentals of Open Source IT and Cloud Computing (LFS200).

This self-paced course is designed for those “new to the IT industry or considering starting an IT career as a system administrator or engineer,” the announcement says, and includes access to 10-15 hours of course material, quizzes, video content, and discussion forums.

In the course, you’ll gain foundational knowledge of networking architecture, topologies, hardware, and environments and become familiar with cloud architecture, technologies, and methodology.

LFS200 is available now for $99 or can be bundled with the Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate (LFCA)  exam for $299.
