SUSE Releases CentOS Replacement Liberty Linux

SUSE has released Liberty Linux, which joins the ranks of Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux as a replacement for the discontinued CentOS Linux

“With SUSE Liberty Linux, you get trusted support with optional proven management tools that are optimized for mixed Linux environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS and, as you would expect, openSUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server,” says SUSE's Thomas di Giacomo. The main features of Liberty Linux are:
