Voting for LPI Board of Directors Opens Soon

Linux Professional Institute (LPI) members will elect a new Board of Directors next month. The list of nominees put forth by the nominating committee includes both new candidates and existing board members. It also provides background information for each of the 15 candidates, along with their motivation for running. The Board candidates are:

Only LPI members are eligible to vote in the election; however, if you’re not currently a member of LPI, a non-profit organization that offers global certification for open source professionals, you can become a member up until May 14, 2021 to participate. 

Voting will open on May 15, 2021 and remain open until the day of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in June. The election results will be announced at the AGM. More information is available on the election overview page.
