OpenSSF recently announced Allstar, a GitHub app that provides automated continuous enforcement of security best practices for open source projects.
The Allstar app works by enabling GitHub project owners to check for security policy adherence, set desired enforcement actions, and then continuously enforce those policies when they’re triggered, reports Mike Wheatley.
