The Servo web engine project is moving to the Linux Foundation as a collaborative project. As part of the move, the Servo Project will gain a new governance structure that includes both technical and financial aspects.
Rust originated as a project at Mozilla, which also used Rust to build the embeddable Servo browser engine.
