Researchers have found that an old computer security issue can be used to manipulate IoT devices, and they recommend patching now.
The vulnerabilities in some TCP/IP stacks have been detailed by cybersecurity researchers at Forescout, reports Danny Palmer. To help protect against attacks, Forescout has released an open source script to help identify stacks with the vulnerabilities.
